The Municipal Management and Administration of Panagiurishte wish to work only for the best of their citizens. The project, realized with the cooperation of Foundation for Local Government Reform and the US Agency for International Development, is a practical application of contemporary information and communication technologies, combining them with successful governing decisions. As a solid base for building the system served not only the information stream researches and the technology schemes of the administrative technical services, used in the Municipality of Bourgas ever since 1995, but also the amassed experience in citizens` service. For almost two years now the center has provided access to Internet, possibility for searching information in the web-browsers and sites, electronic publications and magazines. The Web-site of the library www.libdgabe.dobrich.net includes various information about the history, mission, structure and the services provided, about the town and the region, and ensures on-line access to the electronic library catalogues.

The Center for Information and Municipal Services at the Municipality of Beloslav was built in the year 2002, supported by Foundation for Local Government Reform and financed by the US Agency for International Development. Building the Center provided the citizens with modern, quality, and fast administrative, legal, and technical services.

The computer network built in the Municipality of Dobrich, shows the highest technical indicators possible. Through the optical cable of the Government ATM net, the local nets of the remote CRS department and archive have been built and connected to the local net of the Municipality.
