The new method of conceding administrative and technical services to citizens, realized on the one desk principle is implemented by Kubrat municipality through establishing a Center for services and information (Front – office) in Kubrat municipal administration. The main goal is to affirm the conviction that the municipal administration will manage its part of public activities only in use and in service of the needs and wills of business and citizens.

The project implemented by the Svishtov Business Center provided Internet connection to all 15 villages of the municipality. The document flow between the villages and the citizen information center in the town is now conducted in a common format. An opportunity was created to provide administrative services in the villages.

After the elaboration of a conception for new web page of Dobrich town municipality, it was assigned with a contract the implementation of design and software for on-line actualization of the site. Accents in the new page are the induction of electronic services and the possibilities for two-way interaction, concentrated in a few rubrics: On-line services , Center for services and information , Retroaction . In relation to the content of the information the accent is in his dynamic, on account of the static part. The page is administrated by employees of the municipal departments, and because of that we believe it is current. The page starts on the Holiday of Dobrich Sept. 25, 2004 and keeps the current address www. dobrich.org, and the municipality is its owner regarding the clauses of LCSR.

The implemented by Svishtov Business center project provides for equipping all the municipalities and deputy-municipalities with computer technique in order to facilitate the attendance of people in the villages and to improve and reduce in price administrative services. Establishing a connection between the municipalities by inner information system (intranet) and connection between villages and the municipality center. Creating conditions for the construction of a net in the villages themselves, and later on the next stage a possibility for enlargement of the net including new institutions (school, community center, intrnet-clubs and so on).

Following the development of a new web site of Dobrich Municipality, performance of design and software of on-line services was assigned. The new web page targets are e-services provision and possibilities for two-sided interaction, carried out on the following topics: On-line services , Customer service center , Feedback . With regard to the web page content the accent is put on its dynamics, on the account of the static part. The web page is administered by municipal employees, which is a guarantee for provision of topical information. In order to respond European requirements on modern customer servicing, on 23 March 2001 Municipality of Ragzrad started activities within the one-stop-shop. The front office advances the establishment of Unified Information System in the municipal administration. A continuous way of migration of 23 program products was passed along, thus achieving automation of activities in administrative customer services. The accumulated data are converted envisaging the good performance of the unified information base. The information which has been gathered and preserved on hard copies for many years was uploaded on electronic device, thus saving the archives . 6 universal and autonomous positions were created, through which the idea for administrative and technical customer servicing under the one - stop - shop scheme will be implemented.
