In the first year of the Citizen Services Center operation traditional ways of delivering information to citizens and businesses were used notice boards, information brochures, Internet site etc.

The Innovative Practices Team led by FLGR, after getting familiar with Romanian experience proposed to introduce the touch screen and obtained the municipal councils and mayors support.

The touch screen is a computer system installed in the lobby of the municipality near the entrance. The harware was purchased with municipal funds, while the software was desiged by Dobrich Municipality IT specialists Evgeni Perchemliev and Valerii Atanassov.

Information is visualized by touching the screen through menus, without a keyboard. A nest step in the service will be to add the municipal council decisions in an elelctronic folder.
