In the project framwork 60 unempolyed women have become familiar with key documents of the labour legislation and the requirements for labour conditions. They are motivated to affirm their rights, to take a firm citizen stand and to seek realization in the NGO sector. Having been acquainted with the work specifics of an NGO, they have taken part in the work of the project implementing organization, and with support from their partners they participated in the census and election campaigns.

The project creates the necessary coordination and synchonization between institutions working on the problems of drug use and drug dealing. To cope with the problem a Public Anti-Drug Council was set up on the territory of the municipality. The project Tomorrow begins from today offeres a sustainable program called School for Everyone with attractive and flexible ways of acquiring information. The program includes free access to modern technologies, ethno-culural activities, gaining skills in applied arts, publication of own printed products. The main purpose of the project was the social integration of students coming from the minority groups by recognizing their cultural identity, as well as involving parents in school activities and increasing the level of their civic education.

The joint projects realized and the beneficial cooperation of many years between the Municipality of East Staffordshire and the Municipality of Kurdjali has allowed the residents of both municipalities to feel closer together and to get to know each other.
