The mayor of Svishtov municipality Stanislav Bogoev introduced in the hall of the municipal counsel of Svishtov Budget 2005 and handed it to the chairman of the Counsel Dr. Andrey Zahariev. The budget was introduced on paper and electronic bearer. For a first time in the 127 year history of the First Bulgarian municipal counsel the report on the execution of budget 2004 and the project for budget 2005 were presented by multimedia.

The counselors with one voice commented that this is the best presentation of the municipal finances since 1989 now. The report on budget 2004 and budget 2005 were accepted with the vote of all counselors present in the hall.
