On 21st February, 2007, 13 Roma families received their Housing Orders and the keys to their new homes. Being socially disadvantaged, they fully enjoyed their first real houses with normal living conditions, provided by the Municipality of Pazardjik.
The Municipal leadership envisioned the change of living conditions in the Roma residential area ‘Iztok’ to be implemented from the periphery to the center in order to stop the illegal construction activities and to legalize some of the already existing buildings.

In 2006 the Center helped 86 people in different programs. As a result those who have been involved for more than 6 months are reported to be stabilized and reintegrated. They sustain their jobs, stay away from drugs, and enjoy improved family and interpersonal relations. In addition they don’t have any charges against them or any criminal acts.

A system has been established to support socially weak students for the purchase of their texbooks. There is an opportunity for all students to study from new or well kept srcond hand textbooks.

The idea originated from the adverse economic conditions in this suburban area and the tough social conditions of the inhabitants.

In the two schools on the territory of Bolyarovo :unicipality – primary school in Stefan Karadjovo village and Secondary school in Bolyarovo town, study overall of 356 students. The bigger part of them – about 2/3 – are children from socially weak families. A significant problem for the parents is to purchase textbooks, because the prices are too high for them.

In order to increase the birth - rate on the territory of Botevgrad Municipality it was decided, mothers who have given birth or have adopted a child to receive one-time financial aid.

The idea for creating and maintaining internet-site was approved at the third session of “Community Forum” Program in Iskar region in Sofia. Students from the neighborhood have will for work and communication via Internet, not in the computer clubs but on their own site with forum, chat and personal pages. The idea for creating a site where students could easily access to the information they need on sociable language is supported by 441 students, 40 teachers and many parents.

The main goal is to multiply the opportunities, offered by the internet-site of “Chernorizets Hrabar” 163 Primary school.

The idea for beautification of the hospital was approved at the fourth session of   "Community Forum” Program in Lom Municipality. “St. Nikolay Chudotvorets” hospital has 125 year history and serves the population of five municipalities. The main goal is ensuring appropriate conditions for relaxation and visitation of patients in “St . Nikolay Chudotvorets” hospital.

On the occasion of the International child’ s day – 1 June and the beginning of the summer holiday youths from Beloslav town in an open letter to the mayor of the municipality called the community and the local business to reconstruct together the open-air playground in the town center. The initiative was organized and implemented with the support of the municipality mayor Emil Dichev.
