In the period 17 January, 2007 – 6 February, 2007 the Sustainable Land Management Project together with the Foundation for Local Government Reform organize series of 6 information seminars regarding the integration of SLM options in Municipal Development Plans 2007-2013.

The purpose of the seminars is to create good information environment with regard to sustainable land management policy, to increase the awareness and stimulate the participation of local communities in the process of forming of local priorities and objectives relevant to sustainable land management.

The seminars are being organized for representatives of municipalities belonging to the 6 Economic Planning Regions and are part of the activities for integrating SLM in municipal development plans undertaken by the SLM Project.
