The Foundation for Local Government Reform organizes a forum on Presentation and discussion of a local government handbook on public private partnerships (PPP) realization commissioned by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works.

The Forum will take place on 23 November 2007 at the Information Cеnter of the European Commission Delegation in Bulgaria.

The goal of the handbook is to present in a systemized manner the conceptual, administrative, legal and financial framework of the public private partnerships on local level and a special attention will be devoted to the steps, risks and responsibilities of all the participating in the partnership parties and the existing experience in the European Union countries.

Representatives of the municipalities, responsible ministries, of the business and NGOs are invited to participate the public discussion.
