On January 6, 2006, Mrs . Ginka Kapitanova , FLGR Executive Director , and Mr . Peter Vachkov, Chair of IT State Agency, were official guests at the opening of the Municipal Customer Center in Gorna Malina.

The center is funded by the municipality. The consultative and technical support was provided by FLGR. Five job positions were opened: Main Data Office, Municipal Taxes and Rent Office, Civic Status Office, Tax Incomes Office, Information office - application forms for all services executed by the municipal administration are submitted.
