The first monitoring reports of municipal services were elaborated and handed out to the leadership of the 3 pilot municipalities.

FLGR registered relatively high interest to the monitoring:

-         Green areas maintenance - Kyustendil Municipality& 56 citizens filled in the questionnaires, one photo-blog created;

-         Waste collection / transportation - Municipality Gotse Delchev; 96 questionnaires filled in;

-         Home social patronage and - Municipality Knezha - 134 questionnaires, filled in by 25% of the 25% of the users of the service;

-         Maintenance of municipal roads and street network - Municipality Knezha: 24 people participated the monitoring.

Municipalities of Kyustendil, Knezha and Gotse Delchev partner FLGR in carrying out the project "Citizen Monitoring towards Effective Management of Public Resources", funded by the America for Bulgaria Foundation.
