► Intelligent buildings - an innovative way of thinking and profitable investment
Due to the synchronized control of the various systems this type of buildings are distinguished by unparalleled comfort, quality of life and lower costs.
Branches: building automation, management of heating, cooling, lighting, security and access, management of consumption of electricity, gas and water, IT modeling of buildings, passive houses, consulting and design and others.
► Energy Efficiency - New Approaches
Recently adopted by the EC Directive on energy efficiency indicate how the realization of the goals - 3% renovation of existing buildings, energy audits and financial instruments.
Sectors: Cogeneration, air conditioning and lighting equipment and services heat pumps, insulation, financial services and others.
► Renewable energy - unlimited resources
Building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) are the fastest growing segment in the photovoltaic industry. According to experts, Southeast Europe is identified as "outstanding new markets." Cooperation between construction companies, architects and suppliers of solar components determines the boom in the growth of green buildings.
