MERI Bulgaria and FLGR in the period 15 - 30 July 2014 will carry out a distance learning course on "Combating poverty at the local level" for representatives of municipal councils and municipal governments, educational institutions at all levels, NGOs, the media, and others.

The course consists of three themes and tests to them. The topics are as follows:
Theme 1. Measures for social protection and assistance to individuals and families with low and / or no income. Social services
Theme 2. European and national policies for combating poverty and social exclusion
Theme 3. Policies for promotion of social entrepreneurship in the European context

This is the first of the five distance learning courses that will be held until the end of the year.
