MERI Bulgaria and FLGR in the period 14 August - 4 September 2014 will carry out a distance learning course on " Integration of Roma in Bulgaria in the field of education" for representatives of municipal councils and municipal governments, educational institutions at all levels, NGOs, the media, and others.

The course consists of five themes and tests to them. The topics are as follows:

1 Introduction to human rights
2 The legal basis for the integration of Roma in Bulgaria
3 Access to education for Roma in Bulgaria
4 Strategies and Policies for educational integration
5 Institutions at local level that define and enforce policies for education

This is the second of the five distance learning courses that will be held by the end of the year 2014.
