At the end of September 2005 the Foundation for local government reform supported 5 small and affected by the floods and storms municipalities of Gorna Malina, Ihtiman, Kostenets, Mizia and Smyadovo by providing the European Integration Departments with computer equipment.

The idea is to optimize the communication between these municipalities and the central government administration in their project work on rehabilitation of damages and losses.
