In the framework of the Citizen Monitoring towards Effective Management of Public Resources Project citizen monitoring of public services at local level was conducted during 6 consecutive months (July-November 2011). In December the sixth the monitoring reports were prepared in the fields of:

-         Green areas maintenance - Kyustendil Municipality;

-         Waste collection / transportation - Municipality Gotse Delchev;

-         Home social patronage - Municipality Knezha

-         Maintenance of municipal roads and street network - Municipality Knezha.

In January 2012 in the four spheres of monitoring summary reports with proposals to the municipal leadership on specific measures to be included in the service provisions will be prepared.

Partners of FLGR in the Project are the municipalities of Kyustendil, Gotse Delchev and Knezha.
