Ravnovesie Association works jointly with the education department of Bourgas Municipality on prevention programs focused on health and education of Roma women, children and youth. The main themes of the promotion of healthy life style and attending school. As most families have TVs at home the idea was born to start a TV show on tolerance and equal opportunities for young people.

Young people working in Ravnovesie Association prepare the TV program plan and organize the competition for writing the scenario and ballet horeography. The youth group Labyrinth plays music on the show. The programme themes are violence at school, drug addiction, sex education, music, love, friendship. Using sketches, anecdotes, music, street interviews with ethnic leaders, without lectures or declarations, the programme promotes the values of civil society, tolerance, diversity of religions and languages.

The Youth TV Programme Yellow is funded by the Interethic Initiative for Human Rights Foundation and has been released since 14 september 2002 on Mix Cable TV. Main partner is the Municipality of Bourgas and the Municipal Prevention Center. The programme is sponsored by private firms on a barter principle. 12 60-minute programmes were realized. Four of them were devoted to the Turkish, Greek, Armenian and Jewish ethnic groups in Bulgaria. Young people from these groups were invited for discussions as well as people from the business community, culture and religious leaders. For the International HIV/AIDS Day the groups organized a concert which was very popular wit the young people. A concert entitled First Spring was devoted to protection from sexually transmitted diseases, drugs and violence.

One of the most significant achievements of the programme is the fact that it is entirely prepared by young people for young people. This enables the development of young talents and can be realized in any town with cable YV and private radio station.
