With the reconstruction of the open-air kindergarten was formed a new social climate in the neighborhood. Its citizens and mostly the families with small children improved their contacts. The participation of citizens in the reconstruction of the open-air kindergarten united and encouraged them to accomplish new joint initiatives. This initiative managed to rouse their civil responsibility. Also the project implementation helped for the solution of one of the main problems nowadays safe children s games out of home and appropriate conditions. Another important result we achieved was the improvement of the infrastructure in 71 neighborhood. The appearance of the inter-block spaces was changed the overgrown and deserted area was turned into well-kept and functional nook for relaxation for the adults and for game for the children. The maintenance of the open-air kindergarten and the contiguous refined space was assumed entirely by the residents of the neighborhood. For the implementation of such a small project most of all is necessary will for cooperation between the local authorities and the civil community. If this condition is available the practice can be applied in every municipality.
