After forming the Center for information and services for citizens in Botevgrad municipality we continued to seek new possibilities to improve its work. The available technology helped us to develop what we ve started giving the citizens an opportunity for administrative verifications through internet.

The administrative system of the municipal administration is improving permanently. At the same time administrative servicing in accordance with the national strategy for e-municipality develops so that citizens could be able to receive defined services without hindrances. Every request, complaint or any other document received by the administration are registered in the administrative system and according to the legal terms the plaintiff gets an answer. Very often the plaintiff lives in other town and to check the answer to his request or complaint he must travel or search for a telephone connection. To simplify this procedure we created a possibility for administrative verifications through internet. It is enough to enter the incoming number of the document and the special individual code so that the plaintiff finds out what happens with his plea, who is in charge of the case and what is the answer from the administration if the case is closed. The plaintiff can receive the answer in the Center for information and services for citizens.

Employees in the administration were excused of the duty to answer questions about the state of documents;

All cases proceeded regularly and at the same time every one interested in the terms for implementation and the results of it were satisfied;

Employees improved their self-control having in mind that citizens indirectly control the process of their job.
