The Citizen Services Center in the Municipality of Rousse was set up in continuation of the idea for new organization of administrative services that came up in 1998 and had already been realized in some municipalities. The Municipal Citizen Services Centers utilize the experience of some US municipalities and the traditional methods of administrative, legislative and technical services used in the municipalities of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The accomplishment of the investment site www.chez.com/botevgrad resolves problems of technical, methodology, staffing and financial character. Maximum access to information about renting, sales, competitions announced, biddings and their results, and granting of concessions, is ensured. Citizens are offered opportunities for active participation in the municipality planning in this area of activity.

The teachers are motivated to introduce new teaching techniques by utilizing modern electronic technology.
