The municipal property management is key activity in every municipal administration. Aiming at high efficiency of work and activities municipalities use untraditional approaches like public-private partnership. The PPP model is different kind of cooperation where public and private sector acquire property rights and mutual responsibility for providing high-quality services; public, private and non-profit organizations enhance their capacity for achieving their goal together by sharing risk, responsibilities, means and results.
