The National Association of Secretaries in the Bulgarian Municipalities and FLGR organize four regional seminars on Project Development and Management within EU Programmes. It is expected that more than 100 municipal secretaries will participate in the trainings.

The first two trainings were held in Targovishte, November 2 - 4, and in Vratsa, November 4 - 6, 2006.

The second couple of trainings are on November 9 - 11 in Dolna banya and on November 13 - 15, 2006 in Yambol.

The seminars are implemented with the financial support of US Agency for International Development.
