Municipal administrations jointly with territorial institutions will combine their efforts and capacity to provide a set of administrative services, meeting higher quality standards and introduction of modern ICT. Within the project framework formal channels for information and documents exchange among institutions will be established.
The consultancy FLGR team jointly with experts from both pilot municipalities will discuss the technology through which municipal services are provided for business and will initiate a mechanism of inter-institutional communication by electronic and official ways during procedures, which need information and documentation from institutions like: District Court, District Unit of National Statistical Institute, District Taxation Unit, Regional Inspection on Environment and Waters, Hygienic and Epidemiological Institute, Regional Unit on National Building Control, etc. FLGR aims at supporting replication of good practices and results of the pilot phase through provision of funding for several projects to be selected under an established set of criteria.
