On the 21 January 2009 in Sofia an Integrity pact was signed between 18 political parties incl. parliamentary represented and the parties - members of EPP and a Civic Coalition for free and democratic elections, consisting of 9 Bulgarian NGOs, onе of them – FLGR.

The main goal of the Integrity pact is to prevent vote buying through developing a voting code, voting papers to be counted in regional counting centres, obligation each party to include in its voting materials the information that the vote trading is a crime.

The coordinator of the process is Transparency International Bulgaria.
