Mrs. Vassilka Sirachevska became the winner of IT Personality of the Year Award in the 2006 IT Innovation Competition !

Mrs. Vassilka Sirachevksa is a programme coordinator in the Foundation for Local Government Reform and works for years in the e-Government sector. The last project initiated by Mrs. Sirachevska was implemented successfully this summer. In result of the project 17 integrated administrative services are available within the Region of Blagoevgrad.

The official award ceremony was held within the fair of BAIT Expo.

2006 IT Innovation Competition is organized by it FORUM for the third consecutive year . This year the competition is under the auspices of DAITS.
