On July 14 and 15, 2005, the FLGR team organized a study tour for 12 municipal employees within Improving Social Environment Program, funded by Charles Stewart Mott Foundation. The major goal of the study tour was to present best practices and models in the field of social services and social integration process in different Bulgarian municipalities. Participants became acquainted with possible solutions of problems on local level related to integration and care of social disadvantaged people, children in risk, children with disabilities and social patronage.

YMCA Gabrovo presented its project Youth territory Gabrovo chance for social rehabilitation of social disadvantaged children and youth ; Mentally and Physically Disadvantaged People s Association - Dryanovo presented its project Protected housing for people with intellectual disabilities ; Social Norms Foundation Botevgrad presented its projects Center for social rehabilitation and integration and Social assistant .
