On October 15, 2004, FLGR participated at EU Information Market "Let us ask and find out", located in National Palace of Culture, Sofia (15-16 October, 2004).

Along with other 15 NGOs FLGR presented its information materials, related to the topic European Integration: Handbook Project cycle management, Handbook Funding programmes in support of local governments, Handbook Bulgarian municipalities and preaccession financial instruments of EU, Handbook Community development planning in partnership with citizens.

The collection European charters was presented, as well as issues of the monthly information bulletin Local Government Reform 2004. Materials, explaining on European local government experience in European integration progress, roused a big interest.

FLGR presented its web page and the European initiative Local Government Information Network (LOGIN), established in 1998. LOGIN, member of which is FLGR, is a network for best practices exchange, access to European integration information materials of 8 European countries, 4 of which recently joined in EU.
