Etropole Customer Service Centre

On 1st April, 2005, Municipality of Etropole officially announced the opening of the Customer Service Centre. It has been established, thanks to the Regional Association of Municipalities Central Stara Planina Program and has been financially and technically supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and the Foundation for Local Government Reform.

The project allowed installing new equipment of 6 help desks, where the customers will be provided with more than 80 administrative and tax services.

SDC funded the initiative with 7500 Euro and they were spent on hardware, software, office equipment and LAN. The experts of FLGR and RAM CSP provided on - going consultation throughout the project.

Within the same program, by the end of 2004 Municipality of Letnica also launched its Customer Center. It consists of 3 help desks serving citizens with civic status, urban planning/construction and services for business.
