FLGR continues to provide consultative and methodological support to Bulgarian municipalities that demonstrated their readiness and motivation for establishing municipal customer service centers. Experts, working close with FLGR and Innovative practices team cooperate with municipal specialists and partners in order to develop customer service center s projects.
In the process of project development and implementation various information and competent consultations are provided:
- development and implementation of overall project for municipal information system;
- operative team work organization for customer services preparation and implementation;
- technology processes organization for providing automated services;
- organization and assignment of offices function in customer service centers;
- system administration of municipal database;
- structure and content of municipal web page etc.
