At a regional level there is a lack of systematized information about implemented projects in the social sphere and for the partners, engaged in this field. For that reason gathering information and its generalization in database will contribute for easier identification of partners and pooling resources for future joint projects. As a whole the activities on the project are targeted to increase the social comprehension for the role of every target group NGO, local authorities and business in the process of decision-making, improving the communication between them for implementation of projects of a special significance for the whole community.

Conceding consultation services to local authorities and NGO s for elaboration and management of projects is engendered by the necessary increase of the capacity at a local level and reaching the European work standards. The monthly information bulletin will be a forum for sharing knowledge and experience between partners at a local level. Analysis of public-private partnerships, which is based on inquiries and interviews among the separate groups of partners in Lovech district, reveals the factors influencing on the interaction between them. Interaction between social partners state and trends of development was the subject of the working seminar, organized within the frames of the project. Working in small groups the participants over 40 representatives of NGO s, municipal administrations and branch organizations discussed and elaborated trends for improvement of the cooperation between partners.

Expected project results are heightened awareness and mutual recognition of the partners, improved communication and elaboration of the interaction between regional participants model and its application in other fields of the social - economic life, gained new skills and raised project elaboration and implementation capacity, and last but not least strengthened civic concern towards people in unequal status.
