The idea for formation of new tourist and eco-routes was approved at the third session of "Community forum" Program in Belogradchik municipality. Establishing such kind of specialized tourist infrastructure is essential for effective usage of the nature phenomenon "Belogradchik rocks".

Main goal: Developing tourism in the region by more effective usage of its natural resources regarding the principles for sustainable development.

Main activities: Elaboration and assembly of two wooden panorama platforms next to the alley, leading to the Nature museum; reconstruction and beatification of the space around the fountain under the museum; tracing, formation and marking of new eco-route; constructing architecture elements on the eco-route – wooden benches, tables, pergola, shed, wooden bridge, safe - guarding construction; elaboration and assembly of information elements – information plots, boards and indicative signs; elaboration and design of the content of the information system; printing route brochure-map, presenting the whole system of the eco-routes.

Newly formed eco - path with the corresponding infrastructure , submitting more attractive exposal of the Belogradchik rocks. Through joining new and existing eco-routes was created new, complex tourist product which can be offered as a separate package. By the printed advertising brochure have been provoked the interest of Bulgarian and foreign tourists.
