1. Two books published: The Liberation questions and answers and The town of Svishtov town of the first ones . Every book is published in 300 copies on off-set paper, A5 format. Every book has about 120 pages.
2. These two books were disseminated to all the school and community center libraries in the municipality, as though in many other public institutions. One part of the books was consigned to Svishtov municipality, Municipal counsel Svishtov and the International foundation Aleko Konstantinov. Another part of them was sent to school and public libraries and to the main institutions.
3. Literature was provided in help to the training on Homeland and History in the schools of Svishtov municipality.
4. Organized press-conference for introduction of the books to the Svishtov public.

The guidance of Svishtov municipality appreciates the support for civic initiatives in the region in the sphere of book publishing for popularization of facts and circumstances of the history of the homeland and recognizes them as useful not only for the present generation, but for the future citizens of the local community as a whole.

The practice has model character and can be introduced in other municipalities in the country.
