There is heightened interest towards municipal properties; two objects already have owners; 4 potential clients have made investment proposals; the mayor’s institution gains the confidence of the citizens by the transparency in the process of supply and forthcoming procedures to signing privatization contract; there are ideas to consign part of the resources after the selling procedures to villages in order to increase their opportunities for development. The idea may be discussed at the municipal counsel in Silistra .
